Creative Inspiration

Welcome to Living Zen by Carrie Ann! My passion for semi precious stones and crystals began more than 30 years ago when I walked into a "spiritual" store looking for guidance. I was introduced to the calming and grounding healing powers of Hematite and I've never looked back. Since then, I've incorporated them into my daily regimen in many ways, from using the perfect crystal for my daily meditations to setting off a perfect outfit!

When I met my husband 12 years ago, I know he thought I was a bit nuts for giving him a strand of Tigers Eye before shipping off to the Middle East. After explaining that Native American women gave their husbands Tigers Eye before epic battles, he graciously placed it in his pocket and to this day, it hangs arounds his gear shifter in his truck for protection. Tigers Eye may not have been the only thing protecting him, but we can all use a little help sometimes, physically, mentally and spiritually. Mother Nature always has a perfect stone for what you need!
